This article is a well written article in my opinion on the dangers of using incorrect terms to make yourself seem sophisticated. The article outlines terms that usually don't work. This is a good article for new people in the PR industry since it shows how to get out of a potential beginners trap.
A different angle this article could have taken is obviously using different terms besides the ones already listed.
